Tennis Section

Tennis Courts

Originally a tennis and croquet club dating back to the mid 1870's, the tennis section has always played an integral part of day to day life at Rawdon Golf and Lawn Tennis Club.

With three recently refurbished all-weather floodlit courts, four grass courts and excellent clubhouse facilities, tennis can be enjoyed by members and thier guests all year round. Club tournaments, fun mixed events and family barbecues are all a regular occurrence enjoyed by the ever increasing membership at the club, so whether you are 8 or 80, a complete beginner or the future Andrew Murray – all persons are welcome to join.

There are regular mens, ladies and mixed team practice nights during the week with a very popular junior night on a Monday evening. If it’s social tennis you are after, there is always someone to play with either on an evening or at the weekend.
